PIC-A-WAY Hauling was founded in Antioch, California, in 2019. We're a locally owned and operated junk removal and hauling service proudly serving Contra Costa County and surrounding Bay Area communities.

How does the deposit work?

Pay before delivery. You pay for your trailer rental and a refundable deposit to help cover the landfill bill.
Fill the trailer. You load your junk. We pick up the trailer and take the junk to the landfill.
We pay the landfill. The landfill charges us for your junk. We use your deposit to cover that bill, with no markup.
We refund what is left. We send you the landfill receipt and give back any deposit money that was not used.

Simple example

For the 5 × 10 trailer, you pay a $250 deposit. If the landfill charges $100, we send you the receipt and refund $150 of your deposit.

If the landfill bill is more than your deposit, you pay the difference. Rental prices include local delivery and pickup within 15 miles of Antioch. Extra mileage, approved extra days, taxes and special-item charges may cost more. We explain charges before booking. A signed rental agreement is required.

Read the revised terms before requesting a trailer. The agreement must be completed with your specific trailer, dates, confirmed charges, and both parties' signatures before delivery. This review copy is not a booking, payment page, or electronic-signature process. California legal review is recommended before business-wide use.

I understand the disposal advance is $250 for a 5 × 10 trailer or $300 for a 7 × 14 trailer, and actual facility disposal fees are separate. Any documented excess can be invoiced; any unused advance is refunded under the written agreement. *
